Nearest train station?

Mortlake station is the nearest overground station. There are also buses from Barnes and Richmond that stop on Mortlake High street. The hall is just a 3 min walk fron the high street.

Can I attend if pregnant?

Whilst sound therapy is a non invasive, relaxing treatment; we would prefer that women who are pregnant consult their midwife or GP before attending

Are there any Contraindications?

Pace makers, metal implants and epilepsy.If you have any of these but want to attend, consult your GP first.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring a yoga mat, blanket to get comfy and wear warm layers.
