As the moon emerges from total darkness to light up the sky in this beginning phase of her monthly cycle, Sherin will help you tune into this divine lunar feminine energy to submerge into your sacred feminine softness, turn your gaze inwards, and plant seeds of intention.

You will enjoy a flowing vinyasa yoga practice – evoking the smooth and rhythmic qualities of the oceanic tides – designed to allow new beginnings to arise, and let go of what no longer serves you.

Sherin will also incorporate some reflective journaling questions, a group card reading and some gorgeously relaxing meditative yin poses towards the end of the workshop.
