4-week block. A safe space to share and be supported in your new journey as a mother, while creating your own herbal helpers.

About this event

The first half of the session is a sharing circle.  A sharing circle is a safe space where you can honestly share about your experiences, thoughts and feelings.  It is a non-judgemental, confidential space.

The second half of the session we invite mother earth to share her healing, supportive gifts with us as we create our own herbal helpers based on the theme of the week.

This is a 4-week circle with a private WhatsApp group for support and sharing, tea and biscuits.

Week 1

Birth - Sharing your birth story in a safe supported, non-judgemental space.

Activity - Blending a relaxing herbal tea to take away and to support you at this transitional time.

Week 2

Self-care - Sharing around your new mum life, how are you looking after you.

Activity - Relaxing with a herbal restorative herbal eye compress, making bath salts and a relaxing eye mask.

Week 3

Mental & Emotional wellbeing - Sharing around how you are doing, coping and fitting into your new adventure: the lows and highs.

Activity - The uplifting power of scent: making a personalised botanical perfume.

Week 4

Physical wellbeing - how are you fitting into your new body?

Activity - Making a nourishing herbal body cream.

The 4-week Circle and everything listed above is £100. (£25 for each weekly 2-hour Circle)

Babies welcome

This circle is open to any person who has given birth and has a new baby changing their lives.

There needs to be a minimum of 4 'mums' for the circle to go ahead.

The circles take place at Tirnanog Holistic Centre, Drymen, a calm tranquil space just outside of the city to help you to find some stillness in the hectic world.  There is a fabulous café onsite to have lunch afterwards and also massage therapists if you would like to book a treatment after the circle.
