Today the UK attracts more venture capital than Germany, France and Sweden combined, and London has produced more $1bn companies than any city in the world, other than San Francisco and Beijing. The UK’s digital economy is growing at 4.5 times the rate the rest of the wider economy and more than 2 million people are employed in the sector. Yet Europe and the UK have been regarded as a frontier market for technology investors, at best marginal compared to the scale of the US and then China.

We believe all that’s about to change in the next 20 years and that Camden and the Knowledge Quarter will be the cradle of the UK and Europe’s biggest tech companies in the next two decades.
