Becoming a parent can feel like stepping into a whole new world. It’s beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting – and sometimes lonely. You don’t have to do it all on your own. 💛

Join me for a 6-week Parent Circle designed especially for anxious or first-time parents who want to:

👶 Build deep, meaningful connections with other parents

🌱 Learn how your baby’s nervous system develops and how you can support it

☕ Take a weekly pause for YOU – with gentle self-care practices, non-judgemental listening, and homemade cake

💬 Share your experiences in a safe, supportive space

What is the New Parent Circle?

A gentle, baby-friendly parents circle for anxious parent support and mindful parenting tools. We slow things down, settle the nervous system, and build community.

Who leads it?

Helen Collins—early years professional (16+ years), emotional wellbeing coach, and mum of two. Attachment-informed; tools from NLP, parts-informed work and positive psychology.

Who is it for?

New parents seeking calm, connection, and confidence (first-timers and “second-time wobbles”). Feeding/changing welcome.

Where & when is it?

Lifeways Therapy Centre, Stratford-upon-Avon. Thursdays 10:00–11:00, in 6-week blocks. Full details on booking.

How many places?

Small group feel — 8 parent–baby pairs.

What happens in a session?

Warm check-in → simple co-regulation/grounding → one practical mindful-parenting tool → supportive chat → gentle close (tea & cake).

What should I bring?

Baby essentials, blanket/muslin, anything that helps you feel comfy. Prams welcome.

Is this therapy?

Coaching-led support (not medical/psychological therapy). Please follow guidance from your midwife/GP/health visitor.

Illness & missed weeks

If you or baby are unwell, please rest at home. You’ll receive a brief recap of the tool covered. Sessions are not usually refundable/creditable.
