Who can attend
Our series of New Product Development workshops are introductory level sessions which are targeted towards early-stage businesses and start-ups.
1. New Product Development – Building a Brief
In order to develop and launch successful new products, you need to start with a comprehensive new product development brief.
In this workshop we’ll look at the initial stages of new product development, Scoping and Ideation, and consider the following:
• The importance of a strategic approach to new product development
• Who is my target consumer?
• Understanding the marketplace
• Tapping into the latest trends
• Analysing your competitors
• Generating product ideas
• Commercial viability
• Testing your concepts
• Writing a new product development brief
This workshop is ideal for companies who have a product idea which they are looking to develop further or those looking to generate new product ideas.
Please note pre-enrolment information will be required prior to the event and you will receive a request for information before the workshop date.
These fully funded, interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.

Mae'r gweithdy hwn yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer cwmnïau sydd â syniad am gynnyrch y maent am ei ddatblygu ymhellach neu'r rhai sydd am greu syniadau ar gyfer cynhyrchion newydd.
