October’s “A Practical Guide to Business Start-Up” seminar will provide you with practical things to consider for commercialising the NPD outcome. Stuart Kelly will look at developing a staged plan, estimating timescales as well as planning resources.

About your speaker:
Stuart is a chartered mechanical engineer and bioengineer, with 15 years industry experience in multi-disciplinary design and engineering projects.
He has planned and project managed the design of technology-based products for a wide range of medical, scientific and commercial applications, on behalf of companies ranging from multi-national manufacturers to innovative technology start-ups.
Before joining Wideblue in 2007, Stuart was Medical & Scientific Manager at DCA Design International, one of Europe’s leading product design consultancies. He has also worked for Ford Motor Company and completed bioengineering research projects at Strathclyde and Ghent Universities.
