About this event
This 3 part FREE workshop series follows marketing related topics for growing businesses.
Product/Service design is a core part of each business where the skills assets and abilities of the firm can create differentiation factors from their competitors with the aim to better position themselves in the customers minds. Indeed, too often Products and Services have been designed without taking into consideration the customer needs and preference ending-up to uncertain results.
Now more that in the past, customers’ voice is one of the most relevant aspects to take into consideration and as a consequence the design of products and services cannot ignore what are customers preferences, so that they will be sharing a positive and strong message. There are various methods that allow us to understand the customers’ preference and therefore to optimise our design. We’ll consider a simple approach that will enable the participants to elaborate more complex situations, if needed.
This workshop will also underline the importance of having a clear value proposition so that the optimisation process will be well defined and consistent to the corporate assets and values.
