Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You can log into Eventbrite and do this yourself in the first instance. However, if this is not possible, do feel free to email Kristie (as above).
Do you accept refunds?
This event is free, therefore we won't give refunds. We do, however ask that you make efforts to let us know if you cannot attend. This helps others take your seat, and helps us with reducing wastage of resources.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We ask that attendees have their accurate information in Eventbrite as this helps us with offering you a certificate later on. If this is an issue, please get in touch.
