The next meeting for the New Town and Broughton Community Council will be on Monday 11 January 2021 at 7:00pm.

In line with continuing Edinburgh Council and Scottish Government guidance, this will not be an 'in-person' meeting but again held by video conference, using the Zoom platform.

The key discussion items are :

• Discussion on the latest revision to the (ex)-RBS-site application (20/03034/FUL) including comments from residents' groups;
• Recent application for demolition / redevelopme nt of 108 - 114 & 116 Dundas Street
• Update on current Council consultation on the 'Public Space Management Plan '(PSMP) - period for comments open until 20 January;
• Summary of initial discussions on the Council's "Princes Street & Waverley Valley Strategy" from the Edinburgh Civic Forum held on 15 December.
• Late addition: Presentation on hotel proposal at 12 - 14 Picardy Place

& will also include other current Environment, Licensing, Planning & Transport issues as well as an update from the Communications/Engagement Committee.
