About this Event
The next meeting for the New Town and Broughton Community Council will be on Monday 12 April 2021 at 7:00pm.
Consistent with current Edinburgh Council and Scottish Government guidance, this will again be held by video conference, using the Zoom platform.
The key discussions again centre around transport - with a recap of our Special meeting on 29 March covering Broughton Street & the wider Spaces for People programme, an update to the ongoing concerns with East London Street and latest news from the Trams to Newhaven project.
Planning will include a brief update on the Dunard Centre as well as the revised application for 108 - 116 Dundas Street.
Environment covers waste management. Interspersed will be any new licensing applications as well as an update from the Communications / Engagement Committee.
A late addition will be a discussion on a nascent proposal for King George V Park....
