Event description

Description

This 6 week New year bootcamp will be a combination of bodyweight exercises, strength exercises and partner drills. The bootcamp is designed to increase speed,strength and power, providing both cardiovascular and muscular benefits.

We will also use a mixture of kettlbells, barbells, unorthodox equipment, indoor work and outdoor work.

This bootcamp is designed to challenge all, NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.

The bootcamp will run every saturday morning at 7:20am - 8:50am for 6 weeks, from January 20th to February 24th.

By purchasing a ticket I agree to inform the instructor of any changes to my health (including pregnancy). I confirm that I wish to participate in the boot camp which may include aerobic, resistance, bodyweight and other exercises involving stretching. I realise that my participation in these activities carries the risk of injury or death. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that I do not exercise beyond my own abilities, and except full responsibilites for my actions.
