Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to fully relax and settle in. Layers are a good idea( from short sleeve to hoodie), as you can get warm or cool. You’ll want to feel cozy and free to lie down and enjoy the vibrations. Eye mask, warm socks (we dance without shoes)

Anyone 21+ with an open heart, seeking joy, health, and growth. If you have limited mobility or use a wheelchair, move gently what you can or simply imagine the movement. Enjoy the uplifting energy of a like-minded community!
