This workshop offers a gentler, more sustainable approach: intention setting: a practice rooted in neuroscience, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
Rather than forcing change through willpower, we work with the brain and nervous system to create intentions that feel aligned, motivating, and emotionally supportive.
