About this event

As the New Year begins, the retrofit sector faces a huge opportunity. With growing ambition to deliver warm, healthy, low-carbon homes at scale, this masterclass focuses on what needs to change - and what needs to accelerate - to make retrofit work in practice.

This session looks ahead to the next phase of the UK’s retrofit journey; we’ll examine how funding mechanisms, market maturity, and workforce capability must align to move from ambition to implementation.

Drawing on recent experience and emerging trends, we’ll explore what “good” looks like for retrofit delivery in the year ahead, and how organisations can position themselves to succeed.

The session will help attendees start the year with a shared vision for retrofit in 2026.
