HOW IT WORKS

Bring 7 items of clothing (max 2 items of accessories and footwear) in exchange for your token. Only women's and men's clothing - no children clothing please.

You will then use the tokens to swap for items on the rails.

THE TOKEN SYSTEM

1 token - Unbranded, unknown brands or lower end high-street brands (e.g. Primark, boohoo, George, TU)

2 tokens - Middle tier high-street brands (e.g. Zara, Topshop, H&M, Next)

3 tokens - Higher end high-street brands (e.g. Reiss, & Other Stories, Arket, COS, Allsaints) or unique vintage pieces

4 tokens - Premium and Designer brands (e.g. Vivienne Westwood, Burberry, Chloe)

Extra (1) token will be awarded for

a. Brand New With Tag condition, and

b. Expensive material (e.g. wool, silk, cashmere)

WHAT TO BRING

Any type of clothing (no underwear, swimwear), footwear and accessories.

All items need to be clean and in good condition. No holes, stains, bobbles, or too worn. We wouldn't be able to accept these items - sorry!

THE SWAPS

Morning Session:

Drop: 11:00- 12:00

Swap: 12:30 - 13:30

Afternoon Session:

Drop: 14:00- 15:00

Swap: 15:30 - 16:30

We will serve cake because who doesn't love cake. Feel free to enjoy a bit of sweetness, have a coffee from Vesuvio cafe next door, and chat with your fellow swappers.

*** Proceeds from ticket sale will be used towards the cost of running the event. Any profit will be donated to Amy's Space, a community voluntary group to help the homeless in Newham and Tower Hamlets.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Clothes Mending

Nadia, the Sustainable Fashion Designer from TLZ movement clothes will be on site to mend garments. She will be putting her beautiful patches for FREE! So bring any clothes you feel needs some love so you can spice it up.

Classic alteration or repair can also be provided at a fantastic rate.

Cake Voucher

Each ticket will include a cake voucher to be redeemed at Mario's Italian Cafe next door. You have a choice of a slice of their famously delicious cake - carrot, tiramisu, lemon or cheesecake.

Swap Priority

To ensure a nice swapping experience, and correct social distancing, we will use a ticket system. Only maximum 10 swappers in the venue at a time. All online tickets paid in advance will have priority during swap.

Extra Token and Roll-over Token

Short of token? Each extra token can be purchased at £1 each.

Do not see something you like but have a lot of token left? You can roll them over to the next event in February. Follow us so you can have details of all the future events.
