Welcome to my life transforming New Year Retreat!

Kickstart your year with a transformative online retreat designed to help you reset your mind and recharge your spirit—all from the comfort of your home. This is a 21 day programme that will enable you create firm foundations beyond the year ahead.

Every day we will meet via zoom (a replay will be available afterwards) for an inspiring session that will help you reframe and refocus your energy and life. Each session will build on the previous, but you only need to set aside 10-15 minutes a day to work through the material. If you have more time, then there will also be additional ressources and Q&As to help you gain even more from this course.

This is a unique chance to start your year as you intend to go on. This is not a quick fix, but a transformative programme, utlising all the techniques and tools I have developed and successfully used with my one to one clients over many years. This is the first time I'm offering this as a group programme, hence it ony costing a fraction of the price.

If you hope to make changes to allow you to live a more empowered, clearer, grounded and heart-led way of life, where you can live from a place of inspired action and joy, instead of fear and limiting belief, then this is the programme for you.

Why 21 days? Because that is the minimum amount of time required to help imbed and fully integrate new ways of thinking and navigating the world.

Will I have enough time? The live zoom sessions will take place at different times a day to allow people from different time zones to attend. They will usually be at 2pm or 5pm UK time and last up to max an hour. Each session there will be a practical element that will require your participation and you will be encouraged to implement the the element throughout your day. It shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes a day, but if you have more time you can also take part in the additional activities and Q&A.

What modalities will you use? I use a mix of tools and techniques that range from NLP and intuitive Coaching, to meditation and mindfulness.
