About this event
Gather with us for a 5-week course as we explore The 5 Ways to Wellbeing. We aim to create a safe space to discuss Learning, Being Active, Taking Notice, Connections and Giving.
Sessions will take place from 5.30 - 7.00pm, on Tuesdays the 11th, 18th and 25th of January, and the 1st and 8th of February.
