Finishing with seasonal treats and refreshments.
Experience Sound healing frequencies with us on this unique journey. You will experience healing on a deep cellular level. Release what is not serving and prepare for the year ahead with a clear intention.
We will start the event with a guided meditation, followed by a cacao ceremony to set an intention for the coming months as we transition from 2025 to 2026.
From there we will settle down for he transformative sonic sound healing.
Moving into a fire ceremony and letting go of that which does not serve us.
When we release what doesn't serve us, we clear life's path for a new direction. We will finish at 10 p.m. with herbal tea, snacks, and a share for those who wish to stay on.
The event is deeply restorative, transformational, and cleansing for the participant. It can bring about deep relaxation, stress relief, awakening, inner peace, improved sleep, calmer mind, reduced anxiety, opening intuition, balancing hormones, improving immunity, improved concentration, reduce blood pressure, stimulate energy flow, harmonise the chakras, remove negativity and enhance well-being.
