This 1.5 hour workshop will cover what to expect from newborn sleep in the first few months, what is biologically normal and what you can do to make life easier for yourself and set your little one up with good sleep habits from the start.
This workshop is not about telling you what you "should do" or intended to add more stress and worry to your already overwhelmed plate. It's about setting realistic expectations, providing reassurance and supporting you to make sense of the inevitable chaos of those early weeks.
Come along and spend the morning with me, a certified infant sleep consultant, registered nurse and mum of two. Tell me all your sleep worries and ask all the questions. Chat to other mums at a similar stage to you and enjoy a hot drink and pastry treat at the same time.You will even get a little self care goodie bag to take home.
This workshop is aimed at pregnant and post partum ladies from 28 weeks pregnant to 12 weeks postpartum.
