Newbridge Temporary Accommodation Financing Solutions

Since May 2025, Newbridge have been running a time-limited taskforce focussed on the temporary accommodation crisis in London, and how innovative financing solutions can be found in this space. On 29th January 2026, we will be launching the report which summarises the work and findings from this taskforce, setting out a delivery framework and a series of recommendations.

An expert panel will discuss the findings and next steps, and we will have the opportunity to hear first hand from a resident on how the nature of the crisis has impacted her own life.
