About this Event

We are delighted be hosting our second Newcastle online event.

Dedicated for B2B marketeers, run by B2B Marketers, based on thought leadership and knowledge sharing, we are excited to host this hour-long webinar of inspiring conversation and discussion with our panel of dynamic business experts.

This time we are focusing on an ongoing hot topic - namely, ‘Measuring the Impact of B2B marketing’. We will look to touch upon areas including talking the language of the C-Suite; synergy with business goals; the current and future toolkit; alongside implementation and what B2B marketeers should and can think about moving forward.

We will explore our experts’ individual stories and experiences around measuring the impact of B2B marketing, and how those experiences have shaped their ideas moving forward.

Our panel comprises;

Helen McKenzie, Director of Brand & Creative, Wood Mackenzie

Helen McKenzie is the Director of Brand & Creative at Wood Mackenzie, a leading research and consulting business for the natural resources industry. She has worked in brand marketing for just under 10 years and has a real passion for telling brand stories.

Helen is one of the founding members of the BMC, joining the London contingent in 2013. She sits on their executive council and helped build the visual brand identity in 2015. She is excited to be joining the conversation with the North East ‘club’.

Helen Tonetti, Digital & Social Media Growth Advisor, Make Digital Work

Helen works with Accounting Practises that are growing and want to use marketing as a way to bring in consistent, new, local business customers. She works as a virtual advisor to make sure you have a very clear digital marketing strategy and that your marketing spend has a positive ROI.

Her clients love to work with her because she approaches marketing like a scientist, and she keeps them motivated and excited as they grow.

Katie Street, Founder of Street Agency

Katie is well known as the agency new business host for the top 20 ranking Marketing Podcast - Word on The Street.

Renowned in the industry for helping agencies attract and win new business with major brands, Katie has also been awarded by both The BD100 and BIMA for her efforts in the world of agency business development and marketing. She Co-Chairs a New Business Peer Support Group for BIMA and mentors many agency groups and leaders for BIMA and Silicon South across the UK, meaning she has lots of hands-on experience and her finger firmly on the pulse for what’s working (and what isn’t) for agencies when look to win more new business.

At Street she creates and guides the implementation of new business and marketing strategies for clients including Summit Media, Tribal Worldwide London, Keel, TCC, BOX UK, and Collaborate as well as leading Street’s own new business strategies.

Mark Irving, Director, Irving Ramsey

Mark has been a chartered accountant for over 20 years. He has spent most of this time working in corporate finance but now predominantly operates as a part time FD for a range of businesses across a range of sectors.

Mark explains that naturally, all of those businesses need to market themselves but most, if not all, struggle to demonstrate the return they generate from their individual and collective marketing activities, therefore he is keen to explore our topic.

Nick Johnson, Managing Director, Precept (UK)

Nick founded Precept in 2010 to offer an integrated service for brands. With an approach that treats all sized business with the same big brand mentality. A solid brand strategy, great design and integrated marketing is what Precept is all about.

Nick works with the Precept team, offering strategic direction and support. He’s hands-on, and passionate about getting to know clients as people and their businesses. His role is to understand business' challenges and opportunities and defining solutions to achieve its goals.
