This stand-alone workshop is for those who would like to learn more about pregnancy, your developing baby, giving birth, feeding your baby, and what to expect when your baby arrives. A midwife will be present to help you understand the signs and stages of labour, birth positions and pain relief.
It is recommended that the mother should be 20+ weeks pregnant to attend the course. Partner, relative or friend are more than welcome. *Please ensure you book an additional place for your partner*
