The Spring 2022 Series of the Newport Couch to 5K (c25k) programme will be taking place at the Riverfront during Riverfront parkrun

The Spring 2022 Series of the Newport Couch to 5K (c25k) programme will be taking place at the Riverfront during Riverfront parkrun, starting Saturday 12th February 2022.
WE ARE LIMITED TO A TOTAL NUMBER OF 30 PARTICIPANTS.
You will need to register for a place in this even.
YOU MUST ONLY REGISTER 1 TICKET AT A TIME, MULTIPLE TICKETS WILL BE CANCELLED.
Every finisher will receive a FREE Newport C25k T-shirt. There is a small charge to register for the program.
The series will last for 9 weeks and consists of 3 training sessions per week -
Tuesday Evening (5:45pm)Thursday Evening (6pm),Saturday morning (9am).
Graduation Ceremony will take place on TBA
Further details of the sessions will be provided.
None of the sessions are compulsory. although you should plan to complete 3 runs per week.

Fees associated with this event are used to provide a finisher t-shirt to everyone who finishes the course and completes the graduation run.
There will also be a reduction in fees for those who wish to join Lliswerry Runners at the end of the course.
