An educational and enjoyable walk around Newtown National Nature Reserve

Join knowledgeable National Trust staff for a guided walk around Newtown National Nature Reserve, where they’ll share fascinating stories from Newtown’s rich history and highlight the significance of this beautiful nature reserve.

Length of walk: 1.5 miles (approx 2 hours)

Walk Leader: National Trust staff

Walk Cost: £3 per adult/child. This walk needs to be booked in advance directly with the National Trust. (Parking charge applies for National Trust car-park for non-members)

Type of Walk: Circular

Start: National Trust car park (opposite the Old Town Hall), Town Lane, Newtown, Isle of Wight, PO30 4PA

Pace of Walk: Gentle

Walk grade: Easy - Mainly flat walking, on paths with good surfaces. No stiles, none or few steps.

Mobility level: Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile. Not suitable for walkers with mobility impairment of any kind
