About this Event

Are you thinking about your workforce of the future?

What skills/abilities will your leaders and staff need?

How will you meld with technology and AI?

How will your leaders need to evolve to lead in this changing world?

Today’s organisations we work in and with have evolved to meet the needs of their time. But, what will the organisations of the future look like? What are the early indicators that are apparent now, that organisations may be structured differently to better meet the challenges of our increasingly fast paced, connected and complex world?

In this 1 hour Next Organisations Webinar we will share the evolving trends in organisational development and explore what this could mean for us in terms of human development if we are to meet the needs of the Next Normal.

"If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea." - Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
