This course is a follow up from the Mindfulness for Everyday Living Course (MBSR). It is intended to help you maintain your mindfulness practice and to learn new skills in managing difficult thoughts and emotions, using approaches described in 'The Happiness Trap' by Russ Harris, such as learning how to diffuse thoughts, tune more closely into our values and take committed action.
The course lasts four weeks, for one and a half hour each week. Please ensure you can manage to attend all the sessions before registering.
Included in the course fee are a copy of The Happiness Trap Pocketbook, refreshments and a course completetion certificate.
Please note, you MUST have completed an eight week mindfulness course with us or another provider before taking this course.
