The Anti-Poverty Partnership Action Plan brings together our collective efforts to improve the life chances of those affected by poverty in Calderdale. The Anti-Poverty Partnership has chosen to host an online event on poverty and the early years. An opportunity to be involved in the starting well and family journey work.
