Event description

Description

The built environment’s next generation of talent will come together with more established professionals for a night of encouragement and inspiration, creating an opportunity to discuss a particular challenge or seek career advice.

Following the success of the first NLA NextGen speed mentoring event, we are doubling our capacity. Mentoring will take place simultaneously in the offices of NextGen champions, Gardiner & Theobald, and at NLA for the full evening, allowing for more Mentors and more Mentees!

As a mentee, you will spend 15-minutes with four industry experts, gaining insight from professionals working across different sectors of the industry. You will be informed of your Mentors in advance of the event.

Spaces are limited so please do book fast to secure a place. Demand is high and we therefore ask you to let us know should you be unable to make it on the evening.

Sessions take place at:
Site 1 – Gardiner & Theobald, 10 South Cres, Fitzrovia, London WC1E 7BD
Site 2 – NLA, The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT

Mentors include:
Arita Morris, Director, Child Graddon Lewis
John Boxall, Partner, Jackson Coles
Joanna Axon, Development Director, Sellar Property Group
Bea Young, Associate Partner, WestonWilliamson
Benjamin J. Galuza, Principal, Elementa
Katie Crepeau, Business & career strategy for impact-driven creatives

NextGen is an NLA initiative to support and promote emerging talent from across the built environment, providing opportunities for professional networking and the lively exchange of ideas, with the ambition of championing the professional development of the built environment’s future leaders.
