When should I arrive?

Doors open from 7:00pm for the show to start at 7:30pm. Please arrive from 7pm, and make sure you leave plenty of time to get checked in, find yourself a seat, get refreshments, and settle in before the show starts at 7:30pm.

Can I go to both venues?

Accepted Answer

No, you will need to choose just one of the two venues to get tickets for. As the event will be happening simultaneously at both venues, you will not be able to swap between the venues during the show. However, Astoria House will be open for a drop in from 1-3pm if you wanted to visit.

How do you cater for those with accessibility requirements?

Accepted Answer

Both venues have step free access (a lift where required), and an accessible toilet. We can also reserve parking spaces in our car park, and are happy to discuss any additional requirements that we may be able to assist with. Please get in touch at events@nexus-ica.co.uk to discuss arrangements.

Where can I park?

To minimise disruption for our neighbours, please refrain from parking along the side roads around Nexus ICA. Instead use one of the several local car parks only a short walk from us. (Earlsdon Car Park on Butts Road, Warwick Court Public Car park, Coventry Train Station or Coventry Skydome).

Do you take cash payments?

No, all events at Nexus ICA are cash-free. We do offer both contactless and chip and pin transactions.

Question 6

Do I need a ticket to come to the open-house at Astoria House from 1-3pm?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need a ticket to come to the open-house at Astoria House. Please feel free to drop in at any point between 1-3pm on Sat 18th July!

Question 7

Will there be photography at this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for archival purposes. The event will also be livestreamed. The photographs and recordings made are likely to appear on our website and socials. If you have any questions relating to data protection or if you would prefer not to be photographed, please contact events@nexus-ica.co.uk

Question 8

If I buy a ticket for the livestream, how will I access it?

Accepted Answer

Once you have bought a livestream ticket, you receive an email on the day of the event (30 minutes before the start of the show), which will contain a link to the livestream.

Is this your usual End of Year Showcase?

Accepted Answer

No, we will still be hosting our End of Year Showcase as a separate event in June (to look back over the academic year). The Final Celebration is our opportunity to reflect and thank God for all that He has done over the last 28 years!
