Employer Branding for the NFP Sector
Regardless of your organisation size or how well known you are, your employer brand should not be neglected. Much of what you need to do can be easily maintained through a range of simple steps and tools. Claire, our Non-Profit recruitment expert, will walk you through the process of analysing where you are, working out where you want to get to, how to get there and also how to measure how well your employer brand is performing.
Claire will provide tips, insights and access to additional information onthe following:
- Deciding what your company brand should be and how you want to communicate this
- Building and maintaining your company presence on Linkedin
- Monitoring your company reputation on sites like Glassdoor
