About this event

In July, the government unveiled ambitious reforms to the NHS as part of its 10-Year Health Plan—an integral component of its broader mission to build a health service fit for the future. The plan outlines three key shifts required to support the scale of transformation:

  • A shift from hospital to community.
  • A shift from analogue to digital.
  • A shift from treatment to prevention.

With the implementation plan expected imminently, Larking Gowen and Mills & Reeve are collaborating to present a comprehensive legal and financial overview for primary care providers on the first of these three shifts (the shift from hospital to community) and the proposals, opportunities and risks associated with the proposed neighbourhood health service. The session will be of particular relevance to GP practices, PCNs, GP Federations and anyone that might look to collaborate to deliver the new neighbourhood service.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and network over light refreshments.
