NHS crisis: Migrants are not to blame

Both far right and mainstream politicians continually blame migrants for everything, even for the many problems in the health and social care sectors.

But anti-migrant rhetoric is a smokescreen meant to divide us and distract us from what’s really causing misery in society.

The current Labour Government has failed to offer a coherent solution to the crisis in our NHS, a crisis not caused by migrants but by the previous Tory Government through underfunding and privatisation.

Let’s reject migrant scapegoating and stand together for a better NHS and social care service for patients and staff.
