Findacure, NHS England and NHS Improvement invite you to share your thoughts on the UK Rare Disease Framework Action Plan in a two-hour session.
Since the publishing of The UK Rare Disease Framework on 9th January 2021, NHS England and NHS Improvement have been busy developing an Action Plan.
Now they want to to hear from YOU, rare disease patient groups and patients, on which improvements need to be made to rare disease care, treatment and research over the next five years.
This is your chance to share your thoughts, ideas and priorities with those who are implementing the UK Rare Disease Framework Action Plan so that you can be a part of the change you wish to see.
