You are if:

• You are aged between 40 and 74 years
• You live in Buckinghamshire or are registered with a GP in Bucks
• You haven't had a health check in the last 5 years
• You don't have diabetes, kidney disease or cardivascular disease
• You aren't taking medication for diabetes, kidney disease, cardivascular disease or cholesterol

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Event is available for people aged 40 - 74.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Attendees are abe to park in the Countryside Centre Car Park for the duration of their appointment only. Entrance to the Car Park is located off Black Park Road sign posted The Countryside Centre.
