NHS Pharmacy Automation Systems Supplier Engagement Event

NHS Trusts are seeking to improve and optimise medicine management processes to reduce the cost of administering medicines in hospitals and simultaneously reduce error rates and increase the time available to nursing staff (and others) for patient care. This can be achieved through a mix of automation, robotics, software, re-engineered logistics and medicine flows, together with computer-assisted and automated medicine dispensing.
The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub has been scoping this market area and has developed a strategy for how we can procure these solutions and systems to bring them to the UK market and NHS Trusts.
As part of this engagement, the Hub is hosting a supplier event at Newmarket Racecourse for NHS personnel to understand the pharmacy automation solutions currently available on the market and to share best practice through proven case studies. We will be using this event to present our procurement strategy to the NHS and inform the audience about how we can support their procurement needs.
Suppliers in this marketplace are invited to book a stand to showcase their goods and services, which will also include a presenting slot on the agenda.
Exhibitors are invited to set up stands from 8am on the day ahead of NHS guests arriving at 10am. Stand set up must be completed by 9.30am at the latest.

COSTS OF ATTENDING AS SUPPLIER
- £600 + VAT for a supplier stand including TWO delegate places at the seminars, including lunch.
- Stand holders who want to bring additional delegates can book extra places at the reduced cost of £100 + VAT, including lunch and entry to the seminars.
- Sponsorships are available at a cost of £500+VAT each for A) lanyards B) bags and C) pens/pads and £100+VAT each for case study insert into the delegate packs. (Which will also be added to the Pharmacy area of the Hub's website after the event.)
