NHS Volume V - Wellness

Sea Containers London has launched volume V of their NHS campaign - all focused on wellness - offering our incredible NHS heroes a chance to come to the hotel and have a little bit of R&R in the form of wellness.

To kick things off on Monday 7 February Sea Containers London are offering a yoga flow class, followed by some delicious wine and mouth-watering chocolate from Seed & Bean.

There are two yoga classes taking place; one at 5pm and the other at 7.15pm. Each class is 45 minutes long, followed by up to an hour of mingling with co-yogis and a glass of wine in hand and a nibble or two of chocolate.

T&Cs:

• All tickets are subject to availability
• The NHS hero must show proof of workplace
• No more than one booking per NHS hero
• Please ensure masks are worn as you attend the class
• Tickets are non-transferable
