Lay members and strategic commissioning

The NHSCC Lay members network national event is the only event that brings together CCG Lay chairs, PPI, Audit and COI lay members to hear from and influence national leaders, network with colleagues and hear about the work that NHSCC are undertaking on your behalf.

We will share further details of the agenda shortly, but some of the key themes that we will be covering during the day include:

• The lay member role in the evolving strategic commissioning system

• The lay member as the catalyst for change in local areas

• Development of non-executive community networks

• Plans for an induction event for lay members
