You're Invited: NIHR ARC East of England Fellowship Showcase – Celebrating Our 14th Cohort!
Join us for a vibrant, in-person event celebrating the achievements of our 14th Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) East of England (EoE) Fellowship Cohort. This showcase demonstrates the research and impact activities led by Fellows working across health, social care, and the voluntary sector.
The ARC EoE Fellowship supports individuals with hands-on experience to lead small-scale academic projects. Drawing on their real-world experience, Fellows bring fresh thinking, innovation, and practical relevance to health and care research — offering valuable insights for all.
What to Expect:
- Oral and poster presentations showcasing Fellows' impactful work*;
- Opportunities to network with organisations and professionals from across the health, care, academic, and voluntary sectors;
- Accessible presentations in everyday language — no research background required;
- Catering provided as part of the event.
This is a fantastic opportunity to come together, exchange ideas, and learn more about our work supporting research capacity development.
Who Should Attend?
This free event is open to everyone, and we especially encourage:
- Members of the public;
- Health, social care, and voluntary sector professionals;
- Academics and researchers;
- Prospective applicants to ARC EoE research capacity development programmes;
- Partners and collaborators across our region.
Whether you’re experienced in academia or completely new to it, this event offers an inclusive, friendly space to explore how local innovation is shaping the future of care.
Spaces are limited — please register via this Eventbrite to secure your place. If you register but can no longer attend, kindly inform the Research Capacity Development Team at arceoe.rcd@uea.ac.uk so your spot can be offered to another attendee.
We look forward to welcoming you!
