What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

By Train

Sunderland railway station is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the ground. By Metro

When travelling to the event, the nearest Metro station is St Peter's.

By Bus

Bus numbers 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, 15 and 16 all stop within a few minutes walk of the Stadium of Light.

All main bus routes across Wearside connect to Sunderland’s main bus station, Park Lane Interchange, which is also within easy walking distance of the stadium.

By Car

The Stadium of Light is easily accessible from the A19 and A1. The stadium’s postcode (for Sat Nav) is SR5 1SU.
