What can I expect on the day?

We have organised for the day to be full of networking opportunities as well as having speed talks from delegates in the community and three key note speakers attending to offer their own insights, experiences and advice from their areas of expertise in the research community.

There is not a formal NIHR definition for an ECR but generally we are referring to Early Career Researchers as predoctoral, doctoral and postdoctoral researchers working towards early independence.
