Nineteenth Hour has had a meteoric rise since forming in late 2019.
Unable to perform due to the pandemic, the Oxfordshire-based band spent time writing and experimenting with their alternative rock sound until the return of live music in mid-2021. Since then, the four-piece has been making waves in the rock scene.
Their self-released debut single, ‘Tired Of Running’, was recognised by Hive Radio, Manchester as the second-best new track of the year, with Jackfm recently selecting them as the best new and upcoming band in Oxfordshire
Influenced by bands such as Nothing But Thieves and Arctic Monkeys, with a sound often compared to the likes of Muse and Radiohead, Nineteenth Hour combine nuanced guitar layers and calescent vocals to build tension and joy with reviewers praising their live performances as high-energy and emotionally charged.
