Graph databases are deployed everywhere from internal business units to global 24x7 environments. Principal uses of Neo4j include social, recommendations, bioinformatics, fraud detection, network management, authorisation and access control, content management and parcel routing, with new ones being added regularly.

In this session, Jim will explain how graph databases can be used within the enterprise setting. Using real world examples, he will show how graph capabilities can successfully manage complex data across many domains.

Dr. Jim Webber is Chief Scientist with Neo Technology, the company behind the popular graph database Neo4j.

Stephen Romney is Chief Technology Officer of Shutl. He has more than 12 years of experience in architecting, implementing, and deploying mission critical applications in financial services and retail industries and holds degrees both in Software Engineering and Business Administration.
