Who is hosting the tasting?

The Northern Ireland Wine and Spirits Institute is a group of wine lovers who host monthly tastings at the Ramada Inn by Wyndham, on Talbot Street in Belfast. Everyone is welcome to attend. Learn more about the NIWSI: https://www.niwsi.org/

Do I need to be a member to attend?

No, guests are very welcome to attend. Guests can choose to join as members on the night and pay the member rate for the tasting, if they wish.

Join us Tuesday 30 September for a wine tasting and discussion on Sustainable Wines, hosted by Delaney Sheridan from the Sustainable Wine Roundtable https://swroundtable.org/

Delaney will show us wines from SWR members, including a Dolcetto d’Alba from GD Vajra, and a disease resistant variety - so modern it does not yet have a name - from a Swiss producer, Weingut Stoll, working almost exclusively with hybrids. Most of the wines have been generously donated for the tasting by members of the SWR. Each of them will illustrate a particular aspect of sustainable practices.
