Meeting Information

All landlords are welcome to attend and take part in this event. You will have the opportunity to ask Council officers and your National Landlords Association local representative questions and network with other local landlords.

Items on the agenda include:

- Information on new legislative changes to ensure you keep up with the latest requirements

- Tax changes for Landlords

- Gaining possession, serving notices correctly

- An update on planning, licensing and other local issues affecting landlords

- Update on Universal Credit and how it will impact on landlords
