N'land ALC Transparency Training - Whittingham

The event will describe the new transparency requirements for smaller parish councils, and how those rules can assist councillors and clerks dealing with requests for information, as well as providing a means to communicate with their parishioners.
The session will also describe the progress on developing optional website portals for parish and town councils to use.
There will also an update on recent developments affecting local councils and an opportunity after the session to ask questions specific to individual councils.
