John F Kennedy is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (FIDM) and has particular expertise and experience in Brand Protection, Brand Strategy and Brand Management strategies and how they impact growth, profitability and business value. John is a regular speaker at business conferences globally on Brand Protection and Intellectual Property Strategy and is a frequent speaker and presenter at the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and to the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA).

Chris Baume has eleven years of trade mark experience and has a particular interest in the brand management aspects of trade mark portfolio advice. He works on a variety of projects for major clients involving both technical trade mark work as well as the additional research and report services that key clients require as part of their overall brand protection.
