Event Details

Many more people are now becoming aware of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and its potential. As a result it has developed from being a little known specialist subject to become widely recognised in the world of business.

NLP is the study of how we process our thoughts, and how we communicate those thoughts internally and with other people. It pays particular attention to people who excel in their field by studying their thought patterns and techniques, and then replicating them in different situations.

NLP is not a subject, which can be learnt simply by reading a book. You need to experience it in action. A Discovery Day is an opportunity for you to demystify some of the key elements, and take a first step towards finding out what it is all about.

By the end of the workshop you will have a clearer sense of what NLP is all about, and have experienced some examples of how it can benefit you, both in the workplace and in life in general, by increasing your understanding of yourself and others.

After attending the workshop, if you decide that you want to study NLP in more depth, then a 5 day foundation course is available, which is certificated, and is the first step to an NLP qualification.
