NMHT Clinical Model Workshop
Overview
NMHT Clinical Model Workshop
The in-person Clinical Model Workshops for the NMHTs aim to describe journeys of care for different users of our services within the new NMHT to inform the Clinical Model.
The workshops build on evidence-based practice already in place in many of our services, together with work completed by our Clinical Academic Groups and profession-specific guidance. The workshops will be based around 'personas' developed in collaboration with our experts by experience and aim to describe journeys of care for different service users within the new NMHT. There is a particular focus on service users who have more difficulty accessing services currently.
The output of the workshops will help shape the clinical model for our NMHTs which will be held in a newly formed NMHT Clinical Reference Group.
