Description

What do you think about the government's latest proposals on education? How can we make an education system that facilitates social mobility?

The London Education Policy Network are pleased to invite you to our event which will focus on the government's consultation document "Schools that Work for Everyone."

Policy experts will be discussing the proposed increased involvement of grammar schools, faith schools, independent schools and universities in the education sector and are keen to hear your views.

Mike Crowhurst, the Education Director at the New Schools Network has experience in education policy and will be available for discussion. You will also have the chance to discuss government proposals with Martin Powell-Davies, the NUT London Regional Secretary. Kiran Gill from the Social Mobility Committee will also be leading discussions.

Note: Arrival time is from 6:45pm.
